Dec 7, 2020 · Great Sword Recommended Upgrade. At first glance, with the stat scaling, the Great Sword could be a good weapon for a Magic Warrior Build. However, the Dragon Bone Smasher is a much better option for that path. However, for a Faith-based build, this weapon can be upgraded to a Blessed one that scales with Faith. . Wala mwwy
The Greatsword and Great Axe are very slow, and harder to use. They also have high stat requirements. The Claymore is nice because it has lower stat requirements, and Faith builds don't want to put too much into unnecessary stats.
